Provider connection settings support OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and Grok API accounts for quote wording. Requires server configuration, a verified API key and live testing; provider usage is separate. It does not connect an entire chat history or let AI run the business autonomously.

Connection setup screens are prepared. Direct sending, mailbox import, two-way calendar sync and automatic booking emails still require provider setup and end-to-end testing. Device email/share drafts are available today.

Provider connection workflows are planned for invoice sync and payment matching. Current invoice records and manual bank-transaction imports do not connect a live bank feed.

Planned for supported LiDAR-equipped Apple devices through a native app. Browser survey measurements remain manual; a package alone does not enable scanning.

Organise commercial client contracts, multiple sites and HVAC equipment. Record scope, contract values, budgets and service frequencies; attach private contract PDFs and images and import equipment by CSV.

Prepare recurring maintenance visits, assign engineers, review their findings and download customer service reports. Compare recorded visit costs with contract budgets.

Planned extensions for commercial contracts. Automated invoices, compliance certification, customer self-service and response-time guarantees are not active pilot services.
